Shipping Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to a promotion all standard shipping (7-10 business days) within the continental U.S.A. is free of charge on all orders . This promotion is valid until it is advertised. The free shipping option will be offered at checkout time when an address with a U.S. zip code is entered as the shipping address information form.
Other shipping options like 2- day shipping, overnight shipping and international shipping will be offered at checkout. Shipping costs apply.
All shipping is handled via USPS or UPS and is subject to their fees (if applicable). Shipping options and rates will be offered at checkout time. There may be delay in the delivery of your package if billing or shipping address information is inaccurate. We ship orders as soon as they are processed in our warehouse. Our packages ship from Florida, U.S.A. so it really depends on its final destination, as well as which method of delivery you choose. In your shipping confirmation e-mail you should get your tracking number where you can check the estimated delivery date. Please allow a day or two after your estimated delivery date for any setback that can occur because of weather, etc. If by then you do not receive your package please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to help you track your package. Please include your order number and package tracking number. We will assist you and make sure you get your package as soon as possible!
Please note that once your order has been processed we cannot change your shipping address or reroute any packages.
If a package in undeliverable and returned to artTECA’s warehouse we are not able to re-send it. In this case it will contact you or process as a return. Note that if you want us to ship it back to you or if you need to make your order again, shipping fees will apply.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.A.
Requests for an item return or exchange must be done within 15 days of receiving your package. If you wish to return or exchange an item we will be happy to help!

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All items should be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached and in perfect condition. Returned packages must include all bags, wraps, boxes and certificates included in the original packaging.
Please mail your package to: Artteca LLC 7269 NE 4th Avenue. Unit 103. Miami Fl 33138. Please use the same carrier in which your item was delivered. Make sure your return package has a tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages that do not reach our warehouse.
We will notify you by email when we receive your returned package. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process the refund once your package reaches our warehouse. We will try to do this as soon as possible. Once your return is approved and processed we will submit the money refund order immediately. Depending on your bank you will receive the funds from a refund in approximately 5–10 business days after we submit the money refund order. Note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued. Shipping fees cannot be returned.

You may need to provide your credit card information again. If so, a member of our customer service team will contact you via email or phone. If the price difference is to your favor you will receive refund for that amount!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.
We have different international shipping rates through USPS and DHL for orders to be delivered outside the continental U.S.
Please beware that if you choose the option USPS First Class Package International your package might not have a tracking number or may have a limited tracking number that will provide information until it arrives to the destination's country but not to the final destination.
We suggest you choose the other International Mailing Services offered by USPS and DHL to ensure the complete tracking information of your package.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
ANY TAXES OR CUSTOMS FEES MUST BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.
NO ITEMS PURCHASED OUTSIDE THE U.S. ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
