How long does the free shipping option take?
Free shipping takes between 5 to 7 business day from the day it is shipped. Note that we are not responsible for any delays from the shipping company.

How can I modify and order?
For your convenience, once you have placed an order we do our best to process it as quickly as possible. As a result, we have a very short amount of time to make any changes. 
If you have a modification request please email our customer service desk with your request as soon as possible, including your confirmation/order number. When your request is received we will try to accommodate you. Please take notice that it might be too late so there are no guarantees. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to reroute orders. 
An e-mail will be sent to you with an updated notice on your order. 
 
How are items shipped?
All items will ship via FedEx (including PO Boxes). Once an order has been processed, we are unable to reroute orders. All shipping costs are specified before you place an order. 
 
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do. However all purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges can be made for International purchases. Please check our Return and Exchange policy.
 
Can I return or exchange an Item?
Yes you may. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy.
 
Can I return items purchase with a promotional discount?
You can only exchange items purchased with a promotional discount.
 
 
What to do if your received a damaged item?
Oh no! We are sorry to hear this. Please contact our customer service at customerservice@artteca.com immediately so we can take care of this for you. All complaints should be received no later than15 days after you received your order.
 
Are there any restrictions regarding promotional of discount codes?
Yes, please read carefully. Only one promotion or discount is redeemable per order unless advertised otherwise. Promotions or discounts are not reusable once they have been redeemed on an item. Promotions and discounts are redeemable only during the validity period. No discounts or promotions can be used after the expiration date. Promotions and discounts are only redeemable on full price items. Sale items do not apply for promotions or discounts. Discounts and promotions are revoked if the initial order is cancelled. If you return an item that was purchased with a promotion or discount, this will not be reinstated. If you exchange an item purchased with a promotion or discount, it will be processed on your new order unless the new item does not apply for a discount or promotion.
 
 How long does it take for my order to arrive after it has shipped? 

Our packages ship from Florida, so it really depends on its final destination, as well as which method of delivery you pick: ground, express or expedited shipping. In your confirmation e-mail you should get an estimated date of arrival. Please allow a day or two after that date for any setback that can occur because of weather, etc. If by then you do not receive your package please contact us to help you track your package at customerservice@artteca.com, please include your confirmation number and package tracking number. We will assist you and make sure you get your package as soon as possible!

My package was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

Oh no, we’re sorry for any delay! Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect. Please also double check with any family members, friends, neighbors, etc. who may have seen your package. If you can’t find it after 2 business days, please contact us at customerservice@artteca.com and we can resolve the issue.

Do you have gift cards?

  • Yes we do! You can purchase gift cards by clicking the option in our home page. We are so happy that you chose artTECA for that special gift for your family and friends! The person receiving the gift card will receive a notification email immediately! Please note all gift cards have an expiration date after 180 days of being purchased.

Do Gift Cards Expire?
Yes. All Gift Cards Expire after 180 days of being purchased. No exceptions allowed.
 

I’m purchasing artTECA as a gift, can you send a note with the order?

We certainly will! You will have the option of writing a note at the time of your purchase order.

Do you have gift wrapping?

At artTECA we strive to be an eco-friendly company. For this reason we do not offer gift packaging. Instead we’ve developed a beautiful packaging that will make every purchase feel as a gift. If you add a personal note during the purchase section you will add that great touch for your gift! Thank you for choosing artTECA!
