For your convenience, once you have placed an order we do our best to process it as quickly as possible. As a result, we have a very short amount of time to make any changes. If you have a modification request please email our customer service desk at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request as soon as possible. Please include your order number, we will not be able to process the request without it! When your request is received, we will try to accommodate you. Please take notice that it might be too late so we cannot make any promises. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to reroute FEDEX orders. An e-mail response will be sent to you with an updated notice on your order.
All items will ship via FEDEX (including P.O. Boxes). Once an order has been processed, we are unable to reroute FEDEX orders. Shipping for orders within the continental U.S. are free. All shipping costs to other locations are specified before you place an order. Please check our Shipping Policy.
Yes we do! You can have your artTECA piece shipped to almost any country! Check our Shipping Policy for more information and rates. However, all international purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges can be made for international purchases. Please check our Return and Exchange Policy for additional information.
Yes unless it is a final sale item in which case you will be notified before you purchase your item. However, your return does not include taxes and shipping costs. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.
Yes, please read carefully. Only one promotion or discount is redeemable per order. Promotions or discounts are not reusable once they have been redeemed. Promotions and discounts are redeemable only during the validity period. No discounts or promotions can be used after the expiration date. Promotions and discounts are only redeemable on full price items. Sale items do not apply for promotions or discounts (unless advertised otherwise). Discounts and promotions are revoked if the initial order is cancelled. If you return an item that was purchased with a promotion or discount, the price you paid for the item will be reinstated. If you exchange an item purchased with a promotion or discount, this will be processed on your new order unless the new item does not apply for a discount or promotion.
Our packages ship from Florida, U.S.A so it really depends on its final destination. See our Shipping Policy for more information. In your confirmation e-mail you should get a FEDEX tracking number where you can check the estimated date of arrival. Please allow a day or two after that date for any setback that can occur because of weather, etc. If by then you do not receive your package please contact us at email@example.com to help you track your package. Please include your order number and package tracking number. We will assist you and make sure you get your package as soon as possible!
Oh no, we’re sorry for any delay! Sometimes FEDEX tracking information can be incorrect, so it’s best to check in their website. Please also double check with any family members, friends, neighbors, etc. who may have received or seen your package. If you can’t find it, please contact us as son as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can resolve the issue.
Yes we do! You can purchase gift cards by clicking the option in our home page. We are so happy that you chose artTECA for that special gift for your family and friends! The person receiving the gift card will receive a notification email immediately! Please note all gift cards have an expiration date after 90 days of being purchased. For more information click here.
Yes, Gift Cards expire 90 days after they are emailed to you. Passed that period they will expire without exceptions. Make sure to use them on time!
We certainly can! You will have the option of writing a note at check out before submitting your order at the Oder Notes Box (below the shipping address). You can also email us at email@example.com with your order number and the message you want to include immediately after you place your order. Note that if your purchase has been processed or shipped we won’t be able to do so.
