RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.
Requests for an item return or exchange must be done within 30 days of the item’s ship date by Artteca. If you wish to return or exchange an item we will be happy to help! Please email us at customerservice@artteca.com with your request.
RETURNS:
We are sorry to hear you wish to return an item.
If you want to return your purchase please email us at customerservice@artteca.comPlease include your Order Number and the reason why you are returning the item. We will email you back with instructions to follow.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All items should be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached and in perfect condition. Returned packages must include all bags, wraps, boxes and certificates included in the original packaging.
We will notify you by email when we receive your returned package. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process the refund once your package reaches our warehouse. We will try to do this as soon as possible. Once your return is approved and processed we will submit the money refund order immediately. Depending on your bank you will receive the funds from a refund in approximately 5–10 business days after we submit the money refund order. Note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued. Shipping fees cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items are not in a good condition, have been worn  or altered in any way, or are missing the original tags.
NOTE: All Shipping costs for returning an item will be charged to the credit card on record.
EXCHANGES:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or for another style, we’ll be happy to help!

NOTE: All Shipping costs for exchanging and new deliveries will be charged to the credit card on record. Also any price difference on the new item will be charged to the credit card on record . If the price difference is to your favor you will receive an Artteca Gift Car to expand your collection!
SORRY, AT THIS TIME NO ITEMS PURCHASED OUTSIDE THE U.S. ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
